We come fully equipped to your home, office, or parkade, with our own water supply, power source, and all professional-grade products. You do not need to provide anything or be present during the service. Most clients schedule in the morning and return to a finished vehicle by midday.

It depends on the service and the vehicle's condition. An exterior detail typically takes 2-3 hours. A full interior and exterior complete detail runs 3-5 hours. A paint correction with ceramic coating can take 1-2 full days. We give a realistic time estimate when you contact us and schedule accordingly.

Not much. Remove any personal items from the interior so we have full access, and try to park in a location that gives us working space on at least one side of the vehicle. That is genuinely all that is needed. We handle everything else.

Stage 1 uses a single machine polish to remove approximately 60% of light surface swirls and haze, ideal for vehicles in reasonably good condition. Stage 2 uses a two-step cutting and refining process to remove 70-90% of deeper scratches and defects. The right choice depends on your paint's current condition, which we assess before recommending a service.

Our Gyeon ceramic coatings are rated for two to five years depending on the product tier and how the vehicle is maintained. Unlike wax or paint sealants, ceramic coatings bond chemically to the paint surface and are not sitting on top waiting to wash away. Yes. A vehicle in rough condition is often where the work matters most. We assess each vehicle individually and recommend the right combination of services. Heavy soiling, pet hair, staining, and odours are all things we deal with regularly. We will reflect the extra time honestly in the quote.

No. For exterior work we need access to your vehicle and a parking space. For interior work we need the vehicle to be unlocked. Beyond that, you are free to go about your day. We will let you know when we are finished.
